Focused Trainee Development Programs : Management Trainee Programs – “Eklavya” & Graduate Engineer Trainee Programs – “StarTrek”

As part of the on-boarding process, all campus laterals go through an in-depth Induction Programme, called Campus to Corporate which gives them business understanding, functional knowledge and sensitising to our Galaxy Culture And Ethos. The Trainees also get to work on specific projects and individual assignments under guidance of mentors.

Periodic review with management ensures that the trainees get to deliver the best of the inherent potential they have.
